We don't like fine print. That's why we posted our refund policy all over the website in plain, large font. All monthly subscriptions and course registration fees/bookings are non-refundable, period. You are under no contract. Leave at any time. While we understand sicknesses and family emergencies arise, our staff need to ensure our refund policy isn't abused. As a result, all course registration fees, bookings, and digital media are non-refundable. Apparel and merchandise are refundable if:

• The apparel or merchandise is returned within 14 days of shipment date
• The apparel or merchandise is unused and unworn
• The apparel or merchandise is not customized (the only exception is if the customization was incorrect due to our error)
• The reason for the return includes: damaged product; wrong product, color, or size received.
• Please contact us at info@landladyuniversity.com and reference your order number if you wish to initiate a return.
• If approved, your return will be refunded via the same payment method used for purchase as soon as the returned merchandise is received by us.
