WHO WE ARE
LandLady University is a Pittsburgh-based resource and education platform designed by women, for women. We cover all things 'real estate' and 'real estate investing'.
- We were tired of hearing investors tell us they paid thousands to some self-proclaimed internet 'guru' for real estate investment education they found little to no value in.
- While local real estate investor groups are a great resource, they lack the structured environment to help new investors hone in on the topics they truly need at that moment for their specific business.
- We were tired of hearing investors tell us another General Contractor conned them out of thousands, a Tenant destroyed their property, insurance didn't cover their claim, they aren't making any money, or that they simply felt they were in over their head.
- We wire tired of hearing about the amount of real estate investors who fail, often for the reasons above -- upwards of 87% according to some estimates.
- And we are tired of seeing that less than 32% of real estate investors are women (Source: Zippia)
So we did something about it! We created LandLady University, an affordable resource platform which includes one-on-one courses taught LIVE and on your own time so you can ask questions directly to the instructor.
